WDSRA uses WebTrac for Online Registration!
To use Webtrac for the first time, you will need to know your household number and your 5 digit zip code. Your initial user name is your household number which can be found at the top of any past receipts or confirmations. Your initial password is your 5 digit zip code. Both of these can be changed after your first login by choosing "My Account" and then "Change user name or password".
