WDSRA offers internships and fieldwork experience opportunities year round to college students majoring in Therapeutic Recreation, Recreation Administration or other related fields. Each experience is constructed to prepare the student for their professional career by combining practical, hands on learning with their educational backgrounds according to WDSRA and university requirements.

You will receive a postcard within 1-2 weeks upon submission of your application to confirm that we have received it. From there phone calls will be made to selected candidates for the interview process. Feel free to stop by our Carol Stream office to apply in person or to drop off a completed application.
